Ugh. That fuzzy, elated feeling is beginning to fade right.

Undertaking a new custom build or major renovation for a meaningful home is something you might only do once or twice in a lifetime. You aren’t meant to have all the answers just yet, and feeling a little overwhelmed at the very start is entirely normal.

An Experience.

Building or renovating your home is an experience. When properly instigated, it can be one of life’s most enriching and rewarding experiences. But we have all heard horror stories where the opposite were true. If we were to run an autopsy on the ‘horror story’ projects, you can bet your bottom dollar they would reveal one or both of the following discoveries;

  • Engaging the wrong team.

  • Gaps in the process.

Horror stories unfold when we adopt a ‘winging it’ approach. Winging it might be great for something as inconsequential as throwing together a meal or delivering a speech, but it isn’t the best practice when instigating your new custom build or reno.

The building industry is tricky to navigate with regulations and restrictions evolving quickly. And as I’m sure you’re aware, building costs have increased quickly, and significantly, in recent years.

As the homeowner and key decision-maker for the project, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful outcome of your project. Your role includes having clear and well-defined intentions. These intentions should be more than dreams with a budget but rather strategic and informed decisions. This is where my help comes in.

Through my Home Build Mentoring Services, I can help you define what it is that you want for your project and create an actionable plan of attack. A plan of attack that involves following a process and engaging the right team to protect you and your project.

The Power Sessions allow me to meet you where you’re at.

You have the option to schedule just one ‘Power Session’, or invest in a ‘Power Pack’- Available in either 5, 10 & 15 Hr bundles. These sessions can be used at a date, and for a duration, relative to the stage you are at in your new home journey. For example, perhaps a series of 30-minute discussions is more applicable for you than an hour-long video session.

The sessions are used to empower you to take control and stay in control of your project. They have proven invaluable for homeowners, designers and builders who care about the success of your project.
